The city's long-running convention-and-exhibition complex in Qujiang: during the day it's trade fairs and expos (many free with registration), on event nights it's concerts and fan conventions at the mid-to-large scale between the theatre and the stadium. Worth knowing mostly because your event tickets may send you here.
What happens here
The middle layer of Xi'an's event scene — bigger than the Shaanxi Grand Theatre, smaller than stadium nights at the Olympic Sports Center. Trade fairs and expos fill its halls (many open to the public, free or with on-site registration), plus conventions and larger touring shows. If you're attending something specific, the venue is simply where your ticket says; otherwise it's not a destination in itself.
Going to an event
Ticketed shows follow the standard Damai real-name flow — our concert ticketing guide covers the passport walkthrough. Arrive early for big events: security lines are real, and the surrounding streets gridlock before curtain. Metro Line 2 southward plus a short ride covers it from the center.
Pairing it
It sits in south Qujiang by the TV Tower — a 15-minute DiDi from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda quarter, so dinner-plus-event works well in either direction. The nearby Qujiang pool park makes a pleasant pre-show walk in good weather.
